If I had to attribute my drive to one personal trait, it would probably be laziness. I have changed a lot over the years, but laziness definitely used to be my driving force. So I’d look to automate tasks, delegate tasks or simplify them. Eventually, this became a personal challenge turned sport.
I guess if necessity is the mother of all invention, laziness must be the father…
